Based in Burr Ridge, Illinois, Codilis & Associates has represented clients in real estate-related matters in the Illinois legal community since 1977. Outside of the Illinois legal community, members of Codilis and Associates are also members of Phi Alpha Delta (PAD) Fraternity, a professional legal society designed to build relationships between law students and professors. One PAD program is the Growing Our Leadership Diversity program (GOLD). GOLD’s purpose is to help students from different backgrounds develop leadership skills. As a result, these people can take on leadership roles for PAD. This program provides law students the chance to improve their leadership skills. It also allows them to foster relationships with other PAD leaders as a part of a mentoring program. Finally, they learn about the different management styles, they learn to identify their strengths, and they learn to overcome weaknesses. To qualify, the applicant must be a good-standing law student, currently enrolled in a law program, and not scheduled to graduate before 2024. For more information on the program, please visit the GOLD FAQ page at http://www.pad.org. via WordPress https://ift.tt/6x95asU
